Official Rules and Disclosures
The following provisions are the official rules and regulations govern the conduct and operation of the Timeless Diamond By the Yard Necklace Raffle (hereinafter referred to as the “Raffle”), a drawing of chance being operated by Senior Resource Association, Inc. which is a non-profit organization under the laws of the State of Florida.
Who Can Enter
The Raffle is part of a fundraising event campaign for the charitable works of Senior Resource Association, located 694 14th Street, Vero Beach, Fl 32960. Senior Resource Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1974 to provide services and programs that help to promote an active, healthy, and independent lifestyle for older adults. 100% of contributions received are retained by SRA.
U.S. residents 18 years or older are eligible to enter. Employees of Senior Resource Association and John Michael Matthews Fine Jewelry, their family members and household residents, are not eligible to enter. Senior Resource Association Board members, committee members, volunteers, clients and members of their households, are allowed to enter and to win. Only individuals with validly obtained raffle tickets are eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
We hope you will make an optional donation of $25 for one (1) chance or $100 for (3) chances. We would be deeply appreciative if elect to support Senior Resource Association, however Pursuant to Florida law, no purchase or contribution is necessary to participate in the drawing. Nor ticket-holders need not be present to win.
You can submit your ticket request by phone to 772-569-0760 ext 119, in which the caller must speaks directly with a Senior Resource Association representative to complete the entry. Voicemails are not a valid method of entry; or visit https://www.seniorresourceassociation.org/17th-annual-bingo-event/ to enter. Senior Resource Association reserves the right to limit the number of tickets distributed to each person. Tickets are not assignable or transferable.
However, this is a fundraiser, to enter without a donation:
(1) email your request to events@sramail.org, then (2) print your name, address, phone number and email address along with a handwritten statement that you wish to obtain a “no donation” raffle ticket entry, (3) in a stamped, self-addressed envelope mail the above to Senior Resource Association

Only one no donation entry will be accepted per name, mailing address or email address. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Senior Resource Association. Senior Resource Association will complete the entry ticket for a validly executed no donation request and enter it in the drawing.
What You Can Win
Winning ticket will be chosen blindly at random, by picking it from a raffle drum or tumbler or other container after being thoroughly mixed on March 28, 2022, resulting in one (1) winner who will receive one (1) 14 karat white gold 18″ double-sided diamond By The Yard Necklace with 9 round brilliant diamonds totaling .50 carats. Donation sponsor, John Michael Matthew has provided fair market value estimate for the prize at $2,000.00 Senior Resource Association makes no representation and has no liability regarding the quality of the prize. The Roarin’ Raffle drawing by chance will take place at the conclusion of Senior Resource Association 17th Annual Bingo luncheon at approximately 1:30pm, at Vero Beach Country Club located at 800 30th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Winner is required to provide an original copy of the ticket and proper photo identification.
Publicity
The winner, by accepting the prize, grants to Senior Resource Association full permission to use the winner’s name, likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review, permission or approval, in all media. These uses include, but are not limited to, being disclosed to and used by the news media and otherwise being used for publicity purposes in area newspapers or other media, including print venues, television, radio or online (including the website of Senior Resource Association, Inc. and John Michael Matthews Fine Jewelry).
An entrant may subsequently “opt-out” of the receipt of such communications by following the directions in any email or other means of communication, or by emailing events@sramailorg.
Important Information
Senior Resource Association shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this event fundraising campaign or from any acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Senior Resource Association assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered mail or other failure to secure raffle tickets.
Taxes; Compliance with Laws
The price of the raffle ticket does not qualify as a deductible/charitable contribution, according to the IRS. Check with your qualified tax advisor for additional information.
Timeless Diamond By the Yard necklace Raffle is subject to these rules and all applicable laws, including the laws of the State of Florida.
