EMERGENCY HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE FOR THE ELDERLY PROGRAM (EHEAP)
Senior Resource Association administers EHEAP, a program designed for Indian River County seniors who are experiencing an energy-related crisis.
You may be eligible to receive up to $600 in assistance through EHEAP if you meet all of the following criteria:
- Someone in the household is age 60 or older
- You have received a delinquent, past due or shut-off notice
- You are an Indian River County and a legal U.S. resident
- Gross annual household income does not exceed $18,090 for one person or $24,360 for two people, and an additional $6,270 for each person in the household
